    By accessing or using the Crest Athletics website ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. ---
    1. About Our Products
    All products are made to order through a print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Product colors and designs may vary slightly from images shown on the Site due to monitor settings and production processes. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. ---
    1. Orders & Payment
    • Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment.
    • We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
    • Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
    • We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion (for reasons including but not limited to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability). If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

    1. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
    Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives defective, damaged, or materially different from what was ordered. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us at crestathleticssupport@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with:
    • Your order number
    • A description of the issue
    • Clear photos of the defect or damage
    Approved claims will, at our discretion, be either:
    • Reprinted and reshipped at no charge, or
    • Refunded in full to your original payment method.
    We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
    • Items refused or abandoned by the recipient
    • Orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer (1/10)

    • Items seized, held, or destroyed by customs or other governmental authorities
    • Minor variations in color or print placement that fall within industry-standard production tolerances

    1. Shipping & Fulfillment
    Products are fulfilled and shipped by our third-party print-on-demand partner. Estimated production time is 5–8 business days before shipment, though actual times may vary. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. We do not guarantee specific delivery dates. Once a package is handed off to the carrier, risk of loss and title pass to you. We are not responsible for delays caused by:
    • Carrier service disruptions or errors
    • Customs processing or clearance
    • Incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
    If a package is marked "delivered" by the carrier but you have not received it, you are responsible for filing a claim directly with the carrier. We will assist where possible but cannot guarantee replacement or refund for packages marked as delivered. International Orders: Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, and fees imposed by the destination country. Crest Athletics has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. If a package is refused or abandoned due to customs charges, no refund will be issued. ---

    All content on this Site — including logos, graphics, product designs, photographs, and text — is owned by Crest Athletics or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.     Products purchased from Crest Athletics are for personal use only. You may not:
    • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense any products purchased from the Site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent
    • Use our products, branding, or designs to create derivative products for sale or distribution
    • Bulk purchase products with the intent to resell through unauthorized channels
    Violation of this policy may result in cancellation of your order(s) and/or being banned from the Site. ---

    You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to transmit viruses or other harmful content, to interfere with the Site's operation or security, or to attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Site.
